Michael Bouterse director of Thrive, a cross-church young adult ministry in Gig Harbor. From Thrive's origins as a group united in prayer, Michael has been a stalwart member of the team, both locally and across the miles. Since Thrive's beginning, Michael completed a bachelor's degree at Whitworth University and a master's degree from Oxford. In the summer of 2017, he found himself equipped and ready to step into full-time ministry. Michael accepted the position of Director, taking on leadership of Thrive Harbor.
