Some of us, are still trying to fix the externals of our lives, to make ourselves clean, but still deep inside we don’t feel clean. And no amount of positive thinking helps to remove the self-doubt or the need to try to validate yourself or look good in the eyes of others, trying to convince yourself that you’re okay. But you’re not okay. You have a heart problem.
