Leadership Retreat Report - Fall 2021
One Hope Elders and Admin teams, along with some spouses and some Action Team leads, gathered together the weekend of November 12-14 to seek the Lord together, to evaluate where we've been, how we're doing and where we're headed. Here's a report and some feedback from the weekend.

November Leadership Retreat- Sunday Morning
Had wonderful final day of the retreat. Great time of worship and prayer. Pat led us one last time with a teaching on 1 Peter 5. Some rich final sharing and reflection from everyone. And some good clarity for moving forward. Deep sense of unity. Will provide a more detailed report later this week. Thank you everyone for your prayers!

November Leadership Retreat- Saturday
We had a great second day of our retreat. Pat Lelvis has been leading us in her sessions in learning to use the Lord's Prayer as a model for prayer and seeking God's face. We've had time to go off on our own with the Lord and then to share with a partner. And we've had times in the word and in worship as a group. And then we also had some fruitful sessions discussing our vision, looking at where we've been, how we're doing, and where we are going. November Leadership Retreat- Friday Night
Our leadership retreat got off to a great start. Pat Lelvis led us in our theme of "Facetime with God". We spent time in worship and in seeking the Lord together, as well as time spent off on our own in prayer. Below are a couple pics as well as the retreat schedule. Participaiting in this retreat is our entire board of elders and admin teams along with some of our spouses. Please keep us in your prayers this weekend!
